Jacob Friar was an excellent commentator. Unfortunately diamond Chevrolet did not have enough staff to efficiently take care of my truck in the first couple of days. I had to wait 2 1/2 days just for the mechanic to assess my problem.

They do not communicate very well. Never told us we had a deductible through extended warranty and when there to pick up the vehicle unaware of this deductible that was never mentioned More
