9/20 I was waiting hour and half. I felt like my service advisor didn’t even care.cause when I ask him for car he just when and get it just gave me my keys back like nothing happened even I got there I showed him the picture of the oil filter dripping oil all over the housing.this time the service was horrible since day one to the day I went back due to the oil filter not being changed. I received very good service, wait time and prices for routine maintenance. I've also had several accessory items installed at Diamond and those were also done very well.
