Hey Chevy, I have been a member since 2018. I've never had a problem or an issue that appears to doubt the service. The staff was professional, and polite. I don’t know who Karl Bomar so I gave him 1 star because he wasn’t my service advisor. The service was quick but I did not like the fact that I was without a car for 2 days before I got a rental, knowing t he wasn’t my service advisor. The service was quick but I did not like the fact that I was without a car for 2 days before I got a rental, knowing that my issue was clearly a warranty covered issue. Also once I picked up my truck I noticed my truck was all dusty as if someone had left all the windows down. My truck had just been detailed so this bothered me. My truck was at the dealer for 1 week, a courtesy wash and dashboard dust off would have been nice. As far as the repairs done, 5 stars because my truck seems to be running fine. More

My service was good overall.
