Was disappointed with on-line sign-up procedure not really providing me with follow-up clarification that I had indeed completed a sign-up on-line. One of the "things" I wanted done necessitated that really providing me with follow-up clarification that I had indeed completed a sign-up on-line. One of the "things" I wanted done necessitated that an item be available for installation. However, the process to order that item never started until the day of service. The item was not available. For another item that I was considering having done, I declined to get that service done now based on info provided by the service department. Yet, when I looked at the final paperwork, there was a statement that I declined to get a recommended service. But, I was still happy to get done what was done that day. More
