They do not communicate very well. Never told us we had a deductible through extended warranty and when there to pick up the vehicle unaware of this deductible that was never mentioned Never told us we had a deductible through extended warranty and when there to pick up the vehicle unaware of this deductible that was never mentioned for the almost 2 weeks it was there we were told of we didn't pay it they would not release our vehicle to us. This was after they had us return our rental car first so we had no choice but to pay. More
