The service writer Nathan Cooke was a great help he was able to check in my vehicle and even got me a ride to school. Unfortunately, the technician assigned to my vehicle did not diagnose it properly. I we able to check in my vehicle and even got me a ride to school. Unfortunately, the technician assigned to my vehicle did not diagnose it properly. I went in for a coolant leak under the engine on the driver side and the diagnosis was that it needed heater hoses due to a “leak” coming from the firewall on the passenger side. Am not sure if it was looked at properly but since this was a completely other area and a leak I haven’t witnessed before or even now. I chose not to continue with the service. More
