Really upset was charged for oil change and strong armed. I payed upfront for vehicle maintenance, oil changes included and was told I had to pay or they would keep my vehicle untill Monday. Service and employees were nice and professional , however what’s the point of making an appointment if you have to wait for 3 hours in the waiting area. They attempted to do a recall on my Super cruise. While trying to upload new maps, they tried the controller module. When I called to check up on where we were at I was told that it was basically my problem to deal with not theirs That recall had expired and there was nothing that they could do about it. I did get a call back a few minutes after that from someone saying they were going to research it. And I am still waiting for a call back to tell me where they are at with this repair More
