Was disappointed with on-line sign-up procedure not really providing me with follow-up clarification that I had indeed completed a sign-up on-line. For another item that I was considering having done, I declined to get that service done now based on info provided by the service department. Yet, when I looked at the final paperwork, there was a statement that I declined to get a recommended service. But, I was still happy to get done what was done that day. More
