Julian checked me in around 12:52pm he informed me everything might be done around 3pm. I chose to wait inside and by 3:02pm I went back to get an update. I’m upset because how long was my paperwork there and when was I going to be asked if they can continue with the next step. Lack of communication. I ended leaving around 4:30pm and I left with another issue on my car. There’s a scraping noise coming from my car that I didn’t have prior to the appointment. Travis the tech says that it’s my brakes and one of the brackets isn’t on properly and that’s the cause, but again I didn’t have that issue or noise prior to the appointment.
