I went in for a oil change and tire rotation and at the end of the service they told me the tire rotation was not done because they didn't have the wheel lock, the wheel lock was in the glove compartment t end of the service they told me the tire rotation was not done because they didn't have the wheel lock, the wheel lock was in the glove compartment the whole time and they never asked for it. U always get the same rep in the service department and he is Amazing, calm, attentive, understanding, caring and best of all REAL. He is honest and Never tries to manipulate me into paying for unnecessa he is Amazing, calm, attentive, understanding, caring and best of all REAL. He is honest and Never tries to manipulate me into paying for unnecessary services. He makes my experience there enjoyable. He is the ONLY reason I keep going there paying double of what other repair shops charge. He is thoughtful and accommodating I appreciate Mr Edward Brady. Unfortunately they never have whatever part my car needs in stock! But this time I was thankful that I was able to go purchase it at Auto Zone & bring it back to have it installed. More

I took my truck for an oil change. The mechanic didn't do a good job. He double gasket in my oil filter when I got home. It cost me over $500 cleaning. Bill cost me a day's work and I The mechanic didn't do a good job. He double gasket in my oil filter when I got home. It cost me over $500 cleaning. Bill cost me a day's work and I had to have a tow truck bill tow it back to the dealership so I didn't blow my motor it leaked oil all over my driveway. All the dealership wanted to do is give me one free oil change. They gave me four but it cost me over $1,500 for the day's work, the tow bill and everything else. So there's your answer More

Friendly, clean waiting room, everything was explained in language I could understand, very professional, didn’t pressure me for additional work but explained what needed to be done but could be done at a la language I could understand, very professional, didn’t pressure me for additional work but explained what needed to be done but could be done at a later date. Was told approximately how long work would take. Free coffee and drink and snack machines were a nice touch. Clean restroom- the lounge was comfortable, spotless and the TV shows selected were entertaining. Thanks More
