This dealership is a joke. They were not helpful at all. I took in my car for a leak and they took an entire month (28 days) to be exact. No follow up no call NOTHING! I had to call twice between that time to get an update. First time they weren’t done with the numbers and estimate. Second time the Nathan guy was on vacation and nobody could give me an update because they didn’t have any information on my car. I was so fed up I ended up going that weekend for my car. Long story short I get there to pick up my car with no clue what’s wrong with it and they inform me that they had lost my keys!!!! They couldn’t find them anywhere. 3 guys were looking everywhere for them for over an hour it was ridiculous. I had to leave since they were closing but the following day they found them and I was finally able to pick up my car. More

The only problem I had was trying to contact the service department. It tool more than four call to get anyone to answer my calls. This was the case with just about any department I tried to call.
