HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took my truck in for a Recall - after recall was performed I drove off 30 miles and my truck started shifting hard and reduced speed. I had it towed back to the dealer and their service department wanted to charge me for repairs. Prior to the recall I had zero problems with my truck. The service manager and service writer did zero to help me get my truck fixed. My truck was there 3 weeks and the whole time it was there I had to go down there to get answers because calling the service manager was never available. I went down there multiple times. This place has poor customer service! Never take your vehicle there! I ended up taking my truck to Mark Christopher Chevrolet and the repairs were made in 1 day! They went above and beyond and took care of me! More
Julian checked me in around 12:52pm he informed me everything might be done around 3pm. I chose to wait inside and by 3:02pm I went back to get an update. Claudio was there and I asked if he can update me. After the diagnostic, a full throttle body cleaning was needed and it would take another hour and a half. I’m upset because how long was my paperwork there and when was I going to be asked if they can continue with the next step. Lack of communication. I ended leaving around 4:30pm and I left with another issue on my car. There’s a scraping noise coming from my car that I didn’t have prior to the appointment. Travis the tech says that it’s my brakes and one of the brackets isn’t on properly and that’s the cause, but again I didn’t have that issue or noise prior to the appointment. I left the lot with another issue. More
Very disappointed the dealership did not help me much with the transmission issues. Bought the car 10 months ago and refused to fix the issue.
