Salesman Tim was friendly and prompt in communication, but he lied about the warranty on the car. Told me warranty is covered by GMC anywhere but during paperwork with finance found that it is third party but he lied about the warranty on the car. Told me warranty is covered by GMC anywhere but during paperwork with finance found that it is third party warranty and only valid at this dealership which is useless because I live 100+ miles from it. Also, Sales Manager I talked on phone (only for 2-3 min.) was rude regarding negotiation. I recommend dealership owner to send him for sales training so he can change his attitude. More

Terrible experiences here. I want it to work out since I bought my 2022 GMC sierra here and it is close to home but I have zero confidence left in the service department. Every time I go in I can sense the integrity issues and it starts with the front line reps up to the manager Mike who’s sole purpose seems to be playing damage control and to twist everything in a way where they invalidate the customer to not have to cover any charges for terrible work. I’ve had my truck in 3 times in a matter of months with recurring issues (none of these issued appeared until they started doing recommended service at 45k-50k miles). Then all of a sudden these things came up that should have never come up. Truck drove perfectly straight and they said it needed alignment, then alignment has never been straight since. Transmission issues after they did the fuel cleaning (throttle body). Took it back in and it was covered by warranty. They fixed it but tried to charge me for another fuel cleaning (exact same line items and charges) and said “oh yeah remember we talked about it” which was not true. They were just trying to collect something from me since I had a $0 invoice. Complete xx. Then the rep came back and said oh yeah there was more build up so the tech had to do it again which is comical to need this less than 1 month apart. That was two weeks ago and I’m waiting for the manager to get back to me but I’m clearly not a priority for him so Ill be escalating to the controller for the region. More
