Francisco was very friendly and the low rating is not against him at all. IKt's with the service tech. The last oil change I received there, a sticker was placed on the windshild with the milage of the n against him at all. IKt's with the service tech. The last oil change I received there, a sticker was placed on the windshild with the milage of the next oil change. Now I'm not saying I need or want a sticker, but at least take the old one off. The tech didnt reset the oil life in the dashboard, I checked the cabin air filter when I got home and its black. So that wasn't even checked. This is the first time I have ever had a vehicle serviced with a tire rotation, brake fluid changed, and oil changed where I cant tell any difference in my vehicle. It's the first time I'm not sure I received the service I paid for. More

I disliked the in front of me the whole advisory department we’re making fun of a vehicle that needed a transmission. They were all laughing because the person couldn’t afford for the transmission to be changed, but the car was creating a bunch of smoke like a fire. To replace the transmission is not 1000 or 2000 couple thousand dollars, they shouldn’t be making fun of any customer they don’t know their financial situation More
