Excellent experience on my 2020 Escalade. Barret was the customer service rep. who helped me. I had about 70k miles on my car, and knew it was in need of new tires, alignment, and a lot of Barret was the customer service rep. who helped me. I had about 70k miles on my car, and knew it was in need of new tires, alignment, and a lot of things that are common at the 5 year point. He not only told me what the car needed, he expressed what could wait a bit longer if needed. That is rare in my experience, as many service agents push that things must be done right away. As a result, I had the dealership repair the bigger issues I was having, specifically the tires, the alignment, and the brakes. I will be going back to finish the other repairs soon, as the work that they already did made the car run and feel brand new. It sounds cliche, but it was remarkable. And Barret was a good guy, and pleasant to work with. I recommend this dealership, based on the knowledge of their service department, the quick turnaround they accomplished on the repairs, and the quality of the work. They also were able to get my car into the shop quickly, and back out in just over a day. I found the costs to be in line with, if not better than some other dealerships. And let's face it, if you buy an Escalade, they are not discount cars. That said, when the total cost came in for the first set of repairs, Barret found some GMC offers and deals that help reduce the cost several hundred dollars. And that was the extra mile, which is one more reason I will return. More
