Waited almost 3wks for repairs. Items that were discussed for repair were not listed on invoice and didn't get fixed, so now I have to schedule another appt. I got a GM mirror on my Cadillac that doesn't come close to matching. The sensor that they supposedly repaired came on a mile from the dealership. I had to initiate all communication during the repair process. The service I got was that of a aftermarket repair shop, Not what you'd expect from a Diamond Cadillac dealership. Very disappointing. I appreciate the typed white receipt printed page vs a pink NCR that I can't read. Since Johnny left I was concerned that I would not be treated as special, but Robin has been exceptionally picking up and tending to my needs. I feel valued here and have a fair amount of confidence in the work, or at least my options if something isn't right. Call me spoiled, but when you buy a Cadillac you expect a certain level of service. They took away free maintenance, and loaner car an d now car wash as well. Not sure what goes next, but it seems they are doing their best. I feel bad that Robin had to go get my car herself, as the porters did not bring it up. Thank you. More

This was a rescheduled appointment for an oil change, the previous day was a disaster. Fortunately, the Service Advisor, Francisco Gomez, did an excellent job to ensure this appointment went without an issu previous day was a disaster. He kept me informed on my vehicle progress and the job was completed in an hour. Thank you... The previous day appointment was not so good. I arrived on time for a 10:00 A.M. appointment and the back-up in the service department was extreme. After forty minutes a Service Advisor (not Francisco) finally asked me why I was there. I noted I had a 10:00 A.M. appointment for an oil change and asked if they can get me out of there by 12:00? I was asked what time did I get there? I got a weak yes answer to my question stating it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I asked if that was from 10:00 or from now? Without a real answer, I was told by the Advisor they would get me next after taking care of another individual (also had a 10:00 appointment but came in after me at 10:20). I noted I needed to reschedule my appointment and after some hesitation was directed to the scheduling (?) desk. After purchasing 4 vehicles from this location (previous owners, Rally) I left telling myself never again. Francisco's service the following day, this appointment, has me considering Diamond for my next vehicle purchase. Suggestion. Have all customers sign-in when we arrive and for oil changes with appointments have an Advisor identified to speed those customers through the process. More
