This was the first time that my auto problem was diagnosed incorrectly. The problem persisted for several months until it was solved by another mechanic not associated with Diamond Buick GMC Cadilla diagnosed incorrectly. I was told one thing was wrong by this service center and it was not that at all. After keeping my car overnight to discern the problem, a verbal indication was given the next day, no invoice in writing was given to indicate what had been checked in search of the problem. When I called back to ask the service rep for a written report of findings, I never received anything by mail or email. My confidence in this center to deliver accurate quality diagnostic and repair service has been shattered. A dealership is supposed to have mechanics that have the expertise to perform maintenance on cars their company manufactures. This was not the case. More
I've been coming here for years, sometimes off and on, depending on the results. I've bought too many new cars, lol. Anyhow, my recent experiences have been excellent. Not perfect. Not the Cadillac experi depending on the results. I've bought too many new cars, lol. Anyhow, my recent experiences have been excellent. Not perfect. Not the Cadillac experience that one would expect when buying an $80K vehicle, but as good as I can expect in my geographic area. I hope they bring back loaners. More
The worst mechanic experience in my 57 years of my life. Car was with Diamond Buick GMC for 6 days and still nothing they could tell me was wrong with the car. I picked up my car and took it to Parkway Buic Car was with Diamond Buick GMC for 6 days and still nothing they could tell me was wrong with the car. I picked up my car and took it to Parkway Buick GMC in Santa Clarita and in a few moments they scanned the car and 4 hours later they called to tell me they ordered the parts and I can pick up the car the next day. Huge difference in Dealerships. Do not waste your time with Diamond Buick GMC . Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to Parkway Buick GMC. More
I made an appointment Aug 14 for a service diagnosis on Aug 18. When I arrived, my Service Advisor was not available, but the desk read my appointment request and checked in my vehicle @ 9:30 am. I never Aug 18. When I arrived, my Service Advisor was not available, but the desk read my appointment request and checked in my vehicle @ 9:30 am. I never received a call from my assigned advisor and when I called to check in, I was informed that diagnostics were not performed on Fridays...? If I had known that I wouldn't have dropped off my vehicle! I called back @ 4:30 that afternoon and my adviser was again unavailable, but I was told I'd get a call back with an estimate and schedule. That call never happened and I was without my vehicle the remainder of the weekend. I called and left a message for the Service Manager the following Monday morning, but never received a call back... When I showed up at the dealer, I was informed that a storm had knocked out all the computers and phones and I'd have to wait until they were restored to get any information about the status of my vehicle diagnostic and service. Needless to say, my truck was in the shop for the remainder of that entire week - completely exasperating. I've never had an issue with the repairs and/or service I've received, but this last experience will have me contemplating driving out of town for GM repairs and service in the future. More
