At first i was disappointed because I drove up no one came out when I went in to ask if i was going to be helped the person at the desk was rude I told him that before someone usually came out and he ans came out when I went in to ask if i was going to be helped the person at the desk was rude I told him that before someone usually came out and he answered well we don’t do that anymore. Not in a nice way he could have been a little nicer about it but other than that everything was great at the end he was very nice and polite it just had a bad start. Everyone was really nice on my visit. The only issue I had is that my truck leaked oil on my driveway when I got back home from the dealer. Told by sales person car was warranted for 6 months bumper to bumper, and could be serviced near us. after traveling 2 hours and doing all the paperwork, am told by manager that sales person was wrong bumper to bumper, and could be serviced near us. after traveling 2 hours and doing all the paperwork, am told by manager that sales person was wrong and would require us towing it 2 hours away for power train only warranted service. Missing door handle, missing charging cable. Was told they were in stock. Took over 1 month to receive a charging cable for an electric vehicle. Received a plastic door handle unpainted for a black car. Left numerous messages for manager with no response. More

At intake, I told the girl exactly what was going on with my car, sounds of humming from the front end. Thought it was tire rotation, because it wasn’t humming before the last rotation, so had them rotate th my car, sounds of humming from the front end. When my car was given back to me They never addressed or commented on the sound of the humming. I don’t think they test drove it, just rotated the tires, and gave me my keys back. Not very friendly staff, no real customer service, just in an out. I don’t feel taken care of or that my original issue was ever addressed by them. I do not recommend them. More
