Took in for tire rotation & to have EV charger looked at. TPS was not recalibrated & had to take back to have it reset. Our charger is not consistently working & we are unable to get car charged all at onc TPS was not recalibrated & had to take back to have it reset. Try listening to your customer. Very frustrating! More

ACCORDING TO MY WIFE THE SERVICE CENTER EMPLOYEES WERE VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. HOWEVER, WHEN IT CAME DOWN TO HAVING THE PARTS ON HAND THEY EXPLAINDED TO HER THAT THEY NEEDED TO GO ACROSS THE STREET TO THE VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. HOWEVER, WHEN IT CAME DOWN TO HAVING THE PARTS ON HAND THEY EXPLAINDED TO HER THAT THEY NEEDED TO GO ACROSS THE STREET TO THE HYUNDAI DEALER PARTS DEPARTMENT TO GET PARTS TO PERFORM THE OIL CHANGE. Hi I rate this dealer with a minimum rate because I took my Buick encore to fix a leak on the cooling Sistem and they diagnosed that there was 2 hoses to be replaced and they kept my car for a hole week jus my Buick encore to fix a leak on the cooling Sistem and they diagnosed that there was 2 hoses to be replaced and they kept my car for a hole week just to replace 2 hoses that took them 10 minutes to replace and charge me over $ 500 the hoses and the coolant parts priced at about $ 70 So they charged me 600% labor for something that took them 10 minutes and one week kept my car and didn’t even fix the problem because they gave me my car back and I drove it 15 miles and it overheated due to low coolant meaning the real problem was the water pump that they didn’t fix More
The dealership had my car since Dec 5th, 2024, and I just picked it up yesterday. I had the hardest time getting anyone to answer the phone when I called, and the voice mail was always full. Joey was my original service writer, and he was, at best, horrible. He is no longer there, but in the meantime, no one at the dealership called and told me he was no longer there. I called for weeks with no answers. I asked multiple times to have Phillip, the service manager, call me, but he never did. I did finally get a hold of Adrianna in service. She was terrific and got my car fixed in a couple of weeks after taking over. I would, however, recommend a different dealership for service. More
