You expect more from a Cadillac dealer. The service was the usual expensive and I can live with that if they respect you. This place does not. If you call the service line, you get a voicemail box that is full and hangs up on you. It took them 6 days to fix a problem with my drivers side door. Such a well known problem that they should have known immediately without a diagnostic charge and fixed it same day. The service writer somehow couldn’t help making stupid faces as I spoke to him. He should be sweeping floors and emptying trash cans. More
I would say the dealership needs improvement with customer service. With the changing from Rallys to Diamond Cadillac it seems as if the atmosphere there is not welcoming. however, this is the only customer service. All I’m going to tell you is that your customer service to me has been the worse. Every time I call my call gets hung up. I have been waiting 2 months for the extra set of keys and the floor mats that the to me has been the worse. Every time I call my call gets hung up. I have been waiting 2 months for the extra set of keys and the floor mats that the truck didn’t have when I purchased the truck. Every time I call no one can give me an answer on when will am I going to get the extra key or the floor mats. It is absolutely ridiculous, frustrating and unprofessional. More
very kind and professional but car was a disaster when received. Transmission put in. Drove well for 15 min and stopped to put gas in and car would not start received 5 different messages and had to tow received. Transmission put in. Geyying ready to drive cross country to new home in the winter and do not want to be stranded with 3 dogs or humans. Hope they can fix quickly and accurately and admit their mistakes. More

They just don't care. Francisco apologized and always made me feel like he cared. Had my car in there for almost 2 months on and off and I understand cars can't get fixed but Max told me basically if they can't fix it I can't get smogged. So I'm on the hook for 12,000 for a car I can't smog? That just had duct tape on it??? Apparently it's fine to duct tape under someone's hood and just never give an explanation. It wasn't a little tape it was A LOT. I'll never go back. Got rid of the car and got a Toyota, which I highly recommend that dealership. More
