Misrepresentation of used vehicle Rude and unhelpful staff-especially sales manager. We drove 6 hours to purchase a vehicle the dealer confirmed was available for sale. The salespers Rude and unhelpful staff-especially sales manager. We drove 6 hours to purchase a vehicle the dealer confirmed was available for sale. The salesperson was expecting us but when we arrived we were told it was "off-site" for repairs. The salesperson was not there and the sales manager would not discuss the vehicle any further. We left without a car or any confidenceit really existed. More

Please go to Valencia!! They keep me there for 7 hours I was so tired I made a bad choice. The car was so over priced. It sold for $24,000 (kbb value 15,500 to 17,980) the loan they got me at the end of finance totaled $44,000 a 19% loan for car. That’s predator status. They were very nice, as so they should be they made at least $10,000 off me. They said they couldn’t offer any extra warranty because they got every bit of money from the lender. I didn’t realize tell later after thinking about it, they got every bit of money for themselves. WHAT A BIG MISTAKE!!!!!! They deceived me about the price too. What they said they sold it for was not the price I paid. They jacked me around every way you can a client. Once again the new business model. Hit and Run. What I mean by that is screw a Client for what you can get out of them, then move on to the next sucker!!! I am so sorry now that I bought a car here. Please don’t make the mistake I made. OH Did I mention Im a disabled american VET. which was one of the first things I told them)) They will no longer (only thru attorneys) talk to me they have not returned my car, all thought I asked for it back over a week before they came ( repo ) to get the car. 3 squad cars were there for the exchange New car for My Old car back. I was in front of the dealer for hours with no shade, right its a desert out there for hours two and a half to be exact. when the cops finally came that I had called. I waited with them for another 20 min the dealer never ever showed my car. One of the leading officers said "why are you still here", he said "why don't you just leave". not once did they call. they sent some xxxxx to steal the car from me. I want to take them to court but really not sure there are laws protecting me from people like this, that's all right. My new job is to inform people of who these quacks are. • • • Public - in the last week More

I noticed the steering was shaking I thought when i bought it , it was just low on power steering fluid. wow was I wrong. I took it in to the dealer several times. finally they told me to not bring it in any more there was nothing they could help me with the problem. G.M, told me and the dealer that it was a design characteristic? that the steering shuttered at low speeds.what a load of xx. so that year and make is defective with the steering. I complained to the dealership. they said they cant help me. "go get an attorney" if your really up set there is nothing we can or are going to do. So they basicly sold me a defective newer cadillac. I have a 2004 cts with 200k miles i love the car. this car is defective. they knew this and sold me the car any way. I guess they really need the money and don't care about customer service or return business. My advise . go to another dealer More

If you are buying a Hyundai, deal with Nikki! I did a lot of research and took a test drive in the 2015 Sonata Limited. When I decided to move forward on securing a lease, I went through the internet to make the "deal" and was contacted by Nikki immediately. Let me tell you, I HATE the whole car buying experience and I, like most others, just need to know the bottom line without the haggle factor. Nikki made the experience easy, seamless, and haggle-free. We agreed upon a price by phone, she worked the numbers, and I simply went into the dealership, signed papers, and left with my Hyundai. And, besides making the experience easy, Nikki is just a delightful person--intelligent, personable, and down-to-earth. Perfect transaction--thank you, Nikki! More
Terrible customer service Rally has terrible customer service. We called them after our transmission went out. They looked up our VIN and said it was under warranty. We chos Rally has terrible customer service. We called them after our transmission went out. They looked up our VIN and said it was under warranty. We chose to have our Buick towed 50 miles to them since it was under warranty vice letting a local auto place replace it. Once Rally received the vehicle they told us it wasn't under warranty. Instead of taking responsibility for the misinformation and manipulation, they told us there was nothing they could do. Corporate GM discounted the transmission but Rally didn't discount their labor or their charges at all. They passed the buck for their mistake to us and corporate GM. The lady on the phone was rude and didn't take responsibility. Don't waste your time with Rally. They are full of manipulation and misinformation. Very disappointed and won't be back. More

Unauthorized Vehicle Loan I went to this dealership with a blank check from my credit union. I informed the person preparing the paperwork to not run my credit because I alread I went to this dealership with a blank check from my credit union. I informed the person preparing the paperwork to not run my credit because I already had a financing loan from my credit union for the vehicle I was purchasing. Needless to say, the staff had me filled out the loan application for their local bank that they normally do business with. I could not have been more specific about my request as I handed the electronic check to the sales person. Few days after the transaction was completed at Rally Group, I received a call from the local back (not my credit union) that they had received my loan papers and asking me to how I wanted to start making my payments to them. I realized that my credit had been hit again because the professional negligence by the staff at Rally Group Dealership. I exchanged a few emails and phone calls to have this issue resolved, Rally Group denied have sent the loan application to their bank. I day or so later I received a letter from the local bank regarding my loan with them; I scanned and email this letter to Martha Baldridge a finance director who appeared to show me concern. When I started asking for proof of their documented process to resolve my credit issue, I was ignored by Martha Baldrige. I asked her if they received a monetary reward for giving business to the local bank, but she did not want to answer me. I called the corporate office and they said that they could not do anything because Rally Group was independently owned. More
DO NOT GO INTO THIS DEARLERSHIP...when I pointed out to the salesman that he didn't reduce the extra $1000.00 I was adding to my down-payment from the sales price he was too afraid to go back into the sale the salesman that he didn't reduce the extra $1000.00 I was adding to my down-payment from the sales price he was too afraid to go back into the sales manager's office & rectify the discrepancy. The finance guy gave me NO choice of warranties, he just shoved one in my face and pointed where to sign. I had no idea there were even other choices available until I spoke with a warranty company that works with Rally Auto Group. She was stunned to hear that I wasn't presented with other options. The price I paid was about $800 over high kelly blue book, but the cost of the warranty added almost $2500 to the price of the car. Imagine how sickened I was when I found out that KBB isn't the guide car dealers use. They use the black book. Bottom-line, I ended up over-paying by thousands of dollars & purchased a car that consumer reports calls one of the worst of the worst. The dealership provided me with a purposefully condensed car fax that obscured 9 occurances pertaining to the vehicle. I had one paper after another shoved in my face for signature with little of no explanation about what I was signing. These guys knew they were ripping me off and selling me a bad product, but somehow seem to be able to sleep at night. They need to remove the words "INTEGRITY" and "MORAL" from their company motto. All of the "men" I dealt with were gutless, greedy & arrogant. The worst car purchase experience of my life. Rally is HORRIFIC! Read reviews before you shop! More
The dealership is dishonest by agreeing to a sales price and interest rate than quoting a false 60 month payment $25 higher than the true payment. The person in the finance department than attempted to sel and interest rate than quoting a false 60 month payment $25 higher than the true payment. The person in the finance department than attempted to sell a $1995 warranty for $8 more per month. The true cost of the warranty would have rave raised the payment by $32. In the automobile business this is called packing the payment for the finance department to roll the $25 dollars into after market products, like warranty or gap insurance etc. When unable to sell any products the finance department rolled the $25 dollars into the interest rate raising it 3 ½ percentage higher than the agreed interest rate quoted. The illegality is the finance department fails to disclose the federal Truth in lending disclosures by manipulating the fact you have three or more hours invested at the dealership, having you sign all the numerous required documents first with the least required attention last so you are just signing paper after paper. The finance person places the contract in front of you making the top portion of the contract that displays the changed interest rate difficult to see and points out the payment section which is easier to read than the Truth in lending box above the payment area. Seeing the payments and months are correct, you are ask quickly to sign in required area’s. The contract is quickly withdrawn and folded in with the stack of papers you are anxious to leave with. Once you sign and leave the dealership there is nothing you can do, unless you have an option contract. This was part of my agreement but not filed in on the contract. The industry standard is seven days to acquire your own financing, Rally Chevrolet offered three days. If you do not bring in the money in three days they can cash the contract with there lender at an estimated 5% interest rate lower than the percentage on contract which is profit added to the sale. On average this is about $1,500. More
