Staff here is very low energy (sales team at least; the cleaning crew were very hard working and kept things immaculate). They did a hard inquiry on my credit FIVE FREAKING TIMES and couldn’t come up with a rate better than 9.5% apr even though I have a fantastic credit score… well, I did before they ran my credit five times…. I had a bad feeling in my gut so I walked away. Then 15 minutes later they called to say they’d knock all the extras off the cost (ya know, the extras that weren’t even installed on the car yet). I just ghosted them because they’re pretty shady. More
Def not a preferred partner in our new vehicle search/purchase. Too high-handed, poor listening skills, bait/switch vs old school shell game tactics. Poor responses on emails and follow-up calls, misinformation online and verbally nearly the entire time. We should not have to chase the seller down to make a sale, right? After getting through this last time, were told we could not be sent the window sticker as it wasn’t available- found it on-line ourselves. Were lied to about our credit being pulled vs “no, they just look at the score, not a real pull yet” even though I asked when signing the auth form. Stated numerous times we were not looking to pay over sticker - incl unnecessary dealer add ons like spray coat and low-Jack type recovery junk and esp not the $10K dealership ransom not sanctioned by GM since not all dealers do this. Bottom line: wasted a few hours of our day after repeatedly stating what we would/would not pay for even before making the drive out there. Should have listened to my Spidey senses and saved the gas!! If you don’t have a choice, go there. If you do, find a better place who listens, meets your needs and makes you excited to buy a new vehicle - esp at the $70K price point! More
Phillip Salas, was the service advisor on my first servicing at this dealership, we took my car 2019 Cadillac CTS in for a problem we were experiencing, they promised us they would contact us when car servicing at this dealership, we took my car 2019 Cadillac CTS in for a problem we were experiencing, they promised us they would contact us when car is ready that day, but however they did not call, so we called and spoke to Phillip, he told us that they were unsuccessful in finding the problem that we were experiencing with the car, so he suggested that they would need it for another day to check it again, they had it for almost a day, then called us near closing time and said to come and pick up the car as they again said they failed to find the problem, we then came to pick up the car and Phillip told us that the problem could of been the Auto Stop was doing what it was suppose to do, we then told him that it was off as we disabled the auto stop and the car should not be shutting off, we continued to have the stalling for a few more days then it stopped stalling one day on it's own, so problem fixed itself, don't know how or why but happy it did. We recently reluctantly went back to Rally GM Store to have an oil change, new filter and to install a new cabin filter on the car, I was very happy with their work the second time and they did not charge us much, happy with that as well, I guess we will forgive them for the first visit not being satisfactory, but if they fail us next time I will no longer use that Rally GM Store for my servicing needs. On this second visit I will give them five stars for their service in all aspects. More
They didn’t do good, I took my Tahoe for repair, they told me a price and it didn’t fix the problem. They called me and said that the initial price was just a starting point and that it was actually some told me a price and it didn’t fix the problem. Horrible parts service and customer relations WARNING!!!!! Horrible parts department service. Had my vehicle break down on the hwy on my way to AZ. Trusted the parts department to get the engine within 7-10 days as promised via the parts counter. Vehicle took over 2 1/2 weeks to make it to the shop after it was ordered. Do not trust what they say and would not cover rental costs but where happy to say sorry we will take 100 off for your troubles. WARNING!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOUR TOLD FROM HERE! Bad service and gave several chances to make it right. I've been around shops all my life and can believe they would treat a customer who spends thousands on a part so horrible... When I asked for my old part back they brought me two small pieces of a gasket. Manager talked over me and refuse to drop it even after I said we are go let it go. I would recommend not going there. The service advisor made a good effort and was appreciated not his fault. More
