Charge at vehicle pick-up was ~$70 more than quoted only 2 hours earlier when I was notified the car was ready. Service agent handling the pick-up was not the one who worked with me all day. She was not the slightest bit interested in determining why the charge was higher. She diverted her attention to other customers when it became apparent this was not going to be simply a run credit card and hand over keys and paperwork interaction. She was sullen, lethargic, uninterested in resolving the issue. Instead offering excuses that didn't even account for the problem. In the end, giving me a discount to make the problem go away without ever explaining why the discrepancy occurred in the first place. In total, rude and unresponsive customer service. I live locally, bought the car at this dealership and have always had it serviced there, but this incident has made me consider going out of my way to have future servicing done elsewhere. I want to make clear that this review derives solely from my interaction with the second service agent. Not at all from my interaction with the first service agent. More

My brand new suv has water spots On it I had to call several times and go up there to get an appointment to have it acid washed. Any time u call only sales answers the phone they either don't answer or the voice mail is full. I feel they are only interest in sales. I don't think I'll buy from them again. They need work on there customer service skills. It's about more than just Selling a vehicle. The company's word is everything. Employees And Managers were very nice people, and there was really good deals. However, the trucks were full of water stains. The first one I chose had lots of water stains, and when the dealership tried t was really good deals. However, the trucks were full of water stains. And even when I traded for a new truck, the new one still had those water stains I saw on the previous truck. That made me very unhappy especially since I got new trucks and I went multiple times back to the dealership to get rid of them, only to find out they would get worse. More
