Good job Diablo Subaru! Bought my Forester from this dealership in 2012 and have been bringing it in for service as needed since then. I was about ready to give up on their service department after three bad experiences (didn't fix broken part twice, was late for work once because shuttle wasn't available as promised and the only person that seemed to care was the woman who called me as a follow up but her promises to make things right went nowhere). This time, Darryl was a superstar for me! I was given a loaner vehicle at no charge for the hassle of having to re-repair a part that had already been fixed two months ago, he got me a warranty cover the proper part (not sure if the proper part was replaced two months ago or if it was a new problem) even though my warranty expired in March, and he gave me a discount on routine service that was needed. He was great about communicating with me and even let me use the loaner vehicle until the part was in and my car was repaired three days later! This was a blessing since it was over 100 degrees and my a/c needed a repair. Five stars for Darryl! My only complaint was the cloud of dog hair that exploded out of the back of the loaner vehicle after I signed the lease agreement that no dogs were allowed in the loaner cars... they did offer to vacuum it but I declined and didn't use the trunk. More
