Service Needed Because Oil Light Came On The lack of good phone service in and out of the dealership was a challenge, but Taylor did everything in his power to take care of me. I was unable to get a message to the Service Dept. that I was having my 2011 Outback towed in, and when I was ready for a shuttle pickup at the end of my work day, I was unable to reach anyone at the dealership to order a ride back. Thankfully, a friend was able to take me back over. Taylor had not received either of the 2 voicemails I had left for him, but he expedited getting my car washed and up to the temporary service drop-off/pick-up area. So far the work done seems to have fixed the problem I was having (which may have been caused by a rat that got up into the engine several days earlier). More

Adam Chaudhry replied immediately, along with about five other Subaru dealers, and provided us with information on a vehicle they had scheduled to arrive in a couple of weeks. He responded to about four more of our emails with additional questions we had, His replies were always prompt, and more importantly, 100% accurate. We ordered the car with a small deposit and our new Outback arrived earlier than promised. The entire experience was so easy and without the typical car dealership pressure. We couldn't have been more pleased with the car or the overall experience. More
