He was very patient with me and answered my many questions. He made himself available via email, phone, and of course in person. He is not the stereotypical car salesman. I truly felt/knew he had my best interest as his priority, which I so appreciated. He was able to locate the model/features (I was very picky about a few things) I wanted and get it for me very quickly. Before I left with my wonderful new car, he throughly explained/demonstrated how everything worked. Subsequently Eric has followed up with me to make sure all is going well. He made sure I know I can call him with questions at any time. My least favorite part of buying a car is the "finance guy". Erin Ashley was professional and thorough and explained all the documents clearly. Erin is not the stereotypical finance guy and for that I am immensely grateful. Much to my surprise and delight, he made the process easy and actually pleasant! When was the last time you heard that? I truly enjoyed talking to and working with him. Everyone at the dealership was very engaging, cordial and helpful. I never felt pressured at any point of the process. I highly recommend this dealership. Make sure you seek out both Eric and Erin. AMAZED :) After a few failed attempts in working with local Subaru dealerships in the Sacramento, CA region--I decided to reach out to this Walnut Creek Subaru After a few failed attempts in working with local Subaru dealerships in the Sacramento, CA region--I decided to reach out to this Walnut Creek Subaru location. I WAS AMAZED at how efficient and friendly they were. Adam--was my first point of contact. I told him exactly what I was looking for over the phone and he was able to locate the car in less than 10 minutes. From there--Adam ensured the process went smoothly. He maintained contact and updated me as to what was going on. Once we got there, I met the manager, and the finance guy. EVERYONE was friendly and welcoming. This was the first time I purchased a BRAND NEW car and it was truly AMAZING being welcomed into the Subaru family. This wasn't a car sale--it was establishing and building a relationship. Adam did wonderfully! He even called me and sang me Happy Birthday a week later! See what I mean by family? I will definitely be coming back and bringing in more referrals. Thank you to everyone!
