Great experience No pressure sales, very good experience. Car was reasonably priced. Prior to arriving, we stopped at a large Honda dealership in Concord and after being hounded several times asked if a particular car could be unlocked so we could look at the interior---LOOK inside. The salesman insisted we give him our ID's, phone #'s & address. We questioned this and said we only want to look inside. He insisted and wouldn't unlock the car. Needless to say, we left and a couple of hours later purchased a wonderful Subaru Outback from Diablo Subaru - CASH. Customer service is still alive and that's where we will shop & support business. Thank you Diablo Subaru for being professional, honest & valuing what's truly important. More

curtious and helpful I received a letter from Subaru that my emergency brake needed to be reprogramed so I should take my car to a Subaru dealer, Also my passenger side m I received a letter from Subaru that my emergency brake needed to be reprogramed so I should take my car to a Subaru dealer, Also my passenger side mirror kept falling out. I was taken in right away and both problems were fixed with no cost to me. I was told my car would be ready in 3 or 4 hours but I barely got home when I was called to pick up my car. More
