Customer Service TOP NOTCH! I had to wait a month to get an appt. for the airbag recall and was told by Mary that the service would take 2 hours. Dennis, my service rep. got it down to 4 hours and offered me a ride home. Alise, the driver was wonderful and really knows how to avoid traffic! Several people checked that I was being helped. The car was ready in 4 hours and Alise picked me up at my door. It was a very positive experience and I appreciate the extra effort made to get the job done correctly and I can now have a front seat passenger! More

Well-informed, not aggressive I worked with Yoni over a 4 month time period to get the right car. He wasn't aggressive like many other sales people can be.
