Pretty good I have just moved from San Mateo County to Martinez, so this is my first visit to my new primary Service Center. My 2013 Forester only has 18K miles I have just moved from San Mateo County to Martinez, so this is my first visit to my new primary Service Center. My 2013 Forester only has 18K miles on it, so the majority of my extended warrantee is going to be at Diablo Subaru. I'm happy that, even though it was raining and you seem to have some construction going on, the attitude of the service people was cheerful and positive. He coordinated my drop off and pickup service with no wait time. He had the service completed at my desired time, called when car was ready, and promptly sent a shuttle to my house to pick me up. But most importantly, he listened to my concern about car starting issues and authorized an electronic battery/alternator condition test. Test results showed a failed battery which he promptly had replaced with no delay in my desired service completion time. I can once again start my car with confidence. Thank you Eric for the excellent service!!! More
