Bought a new Subaru from Diablo Subaru of Walnut Creek Went on line to see their inventory, asked for the internet price on a few different models and the responses came in less than 15 minutes. We went to look at the vehicles and had a very low key sales experience. They helped us by opening up the vehicles showing us the features and then let us test drive by ourselves. The price was what I was told in the email and then it was a matter of figuring out which credit deal we wanted. The experience with the finance guy was not too intense, they wanted us to buy their service for the next 3 years. It was not a bad deal so we took it. Told them flat out we did not want an extended warranty and that was okay, no push back or harangue. More
