Customer Service TOP NOTCH! I had to wait a month to get an appt. for the airbag recall and was told by Mary that the service would take 2 hours. Dennis, my service rep. got it down to 4 hours and offered me a ride home. Alise, the driver was wonderful and really knows how to avoid traffic! Several people checked that I was being helped. The car was ready in 4 hours and Alise picked me up at my door. It was a very positive experience and I appreciate the extra effort made to get the job done correctly and I can now have a front seat passenger! More

Well-informed, not aggressive I worked with Yoni over a 4 month time period to get the right car. He wasn't aggressive like many other sales people can be. He answered all of my questions and understood why I waited months to buy my Outback. In the end, I got the car I wanted with zero hassle. The finance supervisor, Matt, was also really supportive and did not push any extra warranties on us at all. Our experience with both Yoni and Matt was the best I've ever had at a car dealership. Won Me Over With Great Service It had been more than a year since I had taken my Outback in for servicing, so when I walked into the Service Dept. to make an appointment, (armed wi It had been more than a year since I had taken my Outback in for servicing, so when I walked into the Service Dept. to make an appointment, (armed with recall notices, a warranty update, and a to-do list) I found myself pretty disappointed because I was told the only thing they could do for me any time soon would be the oil change. As it turned out, on the day of the appointment my adviser, Dennis Sheehan, told me everything would be taken care of that day...literally. No need to keep the car; all the work would be completed same-day. Imagine my surprise and delight. The walk-away for me is a reaffirmation of the quality of service at Diablo Subaru, both customer service and vehicle service. The Service Dept. staff performs in a professional manner and with a friendly, courteous, and very attentive attitude. I was especially impressed by Dennis' knowledgeable explanation of what I could expect to be accomplished and the recommendations for future work. Work on the car was done timely and looks good to me! And, I sincerely appreciate the bonus touches like vacuuming the floors and seats. More
