Great Service with a few improvements needed. Taylor and the rest of the team went above and beyond to get the work done on my Outback in time for my son to drive to Davis. The only criticism Taylor and the rest of the team went above and beyond to get the work done on my Outback in time for my son to drive to Davis. The only criticism I might have is that (1) I had to call multiple times to get updates and (2) when I called the front desk it was only answered one out of four times. On the other hand all messages left with Taylor directly were answered and responded to. The car is working fine and is even clean! :-) Thanks! More

I also purchased a Forester for my Mother at this dealership. Since then I've been taking my car to Diablo Subaru Walnut Creek for almost all of my maintenance. I believe Taylor Gaddis was initially a driver, mechanic and then became a Service Advisor. He has consistently shown to be knowledgeable, helpful and understanding of my car problems and repairs.
