Ist visit was good! This is my first time owning a Subaru and first servicing on my car! The appointment scheduling was done on line and was very user friendly. These people way beyond good - they're great! Over the weekend we left an interior light on and on Monday morning our 2015 Outback had a near dead battery. It was obvious that it was not going t Over the weekend we left an interior light on and on Monday morning our 2015 Outback had a near dead battery. It was obvious that it was not going to start without a charge or jump start. I have an automatic 2/4/6 amp charger so I charged it for about 15 minutes. It was enough to start. After driving it enough to fully charge the battery, I checked everything out. All the safety features (eyesight, rear cross-traffic warning, blind spot, etc.) and all the electrical/electronic features (power windows, sunroof, infotainment console, power tailgate, etc.) were found to be in operating order. The only things that were not fully operational were all controlled by the switches in the left/front door panel (auto window up/down, power seat memories and right front window operation from the driver side). I called the Service Dept. and the next available appointment was almost 2 weeks away. They said I could bring it in and leave and they would try to get to it ASAP but might not be the same day. I was willing to accept that and brought it in at 08:00AM and left it, The Service Adviser told me it might not be ready until the next day. I accepted that. Imagine my surprise when they called by 1 PM and said to come pick it up! I was really pleased because I knew how booked up they were. Everything was working perfectly! These people are fantastic. This is not the first time they were super-good with me. I had brought in our 2003 Baja for a passenger-side airbag recall and I asked them about tightening a loose/vibrating right side mirror housing. The Service Writer looked at it and he didn't think they could do much short of replacing the unit. When I came to pick it up at the end of the day, the mirror assembly was much tighter than before and I was pleased with it. There was no charge for what they did! I have had superb service from this dealer - better than when I had a BMW! Jim More

I wish I could have gone over a lot of the Electronics that are part of the vehicle. Unfortunately I did not get to learn as much as I needed so when I first got into the car the next morning to go to work I didn't know how to start it so I set my driveway for 15 minutes trying to figure it out when I accidentally hit the brake and it started. That was just the first of many incidents that I came across while trying to figure this car out. I finally got everything straightened out I did everything I needed to do. Pairing my radio with my phone pretty much how to use most of the buttons inside the car there are still two that elude me but I'll ask the dealership when I come in next Saturday. Otherwise I'm very happy I love all the gadgets and I love the color. More

Larry stayed late on a Friday night (after closing) to get the deal finalized. Everyone I have encountered has been great. The detailed my car a week later and everyone was very friendly to deal with. The parking situation is a little crazy at this time because they are completely redoing their showroom. More

When I bought a new Outback last year and brought my stepson in for a used Forester last month, they were pleasant, no BS experiences. I would recommend Diablo to anyone, especially through Costco. I needed to be somewhere in 20 minutes after dropping my car off, they were able to get me there right on time. Waiting room was filled with free good quality snacks and drinks which is a huge plus!! They also warned me about another issue that is going to need service soon on my car that I was unaware of, which was very helpful. The wait time to get an appointment here is long but it's totally worth it. More
