My service advisor, Taylor Gaddis, not only had that issue checked but took care of my 30k service that was scheduled for the end of the month, at the same time. Taylor and the girls are always very nice, helpful and polite. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. More

This was intolerable. BUT Diablo Subaru in Walnut Creek, CA more than made up for the delay with completely cheerful and efficient customer service. I have never experienced a dealership of any kind that was as pleasant and efficient as this group. Everyone there was ready to do whatever was necessary to make the customer feel important and comfortable. They all seemed genuinely happy to be working there, and I felt their primary goal was to accommodate my needs, and get the work done as fast as possible. I felt no stress about the service, and every employee convinced me there was no place they would rather be working. Congratulations! More
