We arrived via tow truck late in the day on a Saturday. Fortunately there was a very nice and very professional service person there who checked us in and gave us a loaner. But on the negative side, we discovered later that the battery in the car, which was a little over two years old, was too small. Diablo replaced it with a larger battery. This is a Subaru problem that should have been corrected with a recall. More

It was easy to schedule a service appointment online. Reminder messages about the appointment were helpful, and so was the Lyft transportation provided. Updates about the car's status were sent frequently, even with pictures of proposed repairs and a link for approval. When a repair took longer than expected because parts were not readily available, a loaner car was provided. The major maintenance checkpoint was quite expensive but they also found a nail in my tire and some brake issues, so I am grateful to have a safe and reliable vehicle now. A special shout out to Shyanne who was really great to work with. When my phone sent her an accidental text a few days after my service appointment saying "call me ASAP", she even called to make sure I was ok! Thank you. More
