David being a true Subaru enthusiast himself could answer all my questions without hesitation, I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable at any time, and I felt I came away with a good deal on a 2017 brand new Crosstrek, exactly as described over the phone. What more could I want? Oh surprise I got follow up after care messages from David too, the good experience just keeps going! More

Service maintenance High marks for customer service at the WC location, but I would like to relay the fact that every time we book our service/maintenance appointments on High marks for customer service at the WC location, but I would like to relay the fact that every time we book our service/maintenance appointments online it is NEVER reflected on the system used at the servicing center. This happens all the time and am not sure why. Also, the new waiting area is lovely - it would be even better if the seating area had a place to charge our phones! Again, great service and we continue to be happy Subaru owners. More
