Really great service department. We made an appointment for the 12,000 mile service on our 2017 Outback for 5/24 at 9am. We had a problem due to our 2nd car being in for repairs, so We made an appointment for the 12,000 mile service on our 2017 Outback for 5/24 at 9am. We had a problem due to our 2nd car being in for repairs, so needed car by noon. Eric, our service writer was great, he arranged for the service to be accelerated and sent a special shuttle to pick us up so we could keep our midday appointment without changing our scheduled Subaru service. Kudos to Eric and the whole service team at Diablo Subaru! More

I almost feel like I'm visiting family as funny as that sounds about a car dealership. But I honestly always enjoy my Subaru appointments. And when hiccups happen, the staff goes to great lengths to rectify the situation and make sure I leave satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone.
