My recent experience with Nick Broussard was refreshing. As a women, when I bring my car in for service, often the male service advisors are condescending and just kind of blow you off. I have even picked up my car and they have not even addressed some of my concerns and then have to make another appointment. Today, not only was every issue I brought the car in for was fixed, Nick then went through and explained each item. I finally got a service advisor who LISTENED....and followed through! Women spend just as much money on cars as men and I can now whole heartily recommended WC Subaru for not only their exceptional cars but now their service department. Keep up the great work. More

Admitted right away. 45 min. later all the paper work was done and the dealership shut I had to deliver the car without an appointment. No problem. Admitted right away. 45 min. later all the paper work was done and the dealership shuttle had picked me up and was on way to delivering me back home. Service rep. Brian very efficient and extremely informative. I was given the best and worst case scenarios: Turned out in the end to be the best case. Brian anticipated everything including cleaning up the greasy engine just before I left. I will be returning here for all future service work. More
