Got Everything Done on my First Visit! I ordered additional parts when I purchased the 2018 Crosstrek in December 2017. I received a call from service when the parts arrived and scheduled I ordered additional parts when I purchased the 2018 Crosstrek in December 2017. I received a call from service when the parts arrived and scheduled a visit after the holidays. They installed the rear bumper protector, rear cargo net, and all weather mats. Nick kept me informed of the progress and work was completed on time. On another note, I was missing my second key fob (for reasons unknown). Mo advised me to bring this to the service advisors attention on my service visit; they were able to provide and program a key fob before I left the dealership! Also on this visit, Christian spent a good deal of time showing me how the electronics worked in my new Crosstrek (Love-Encore visit). He answered all my questions; was very thorough, and indeed patient! Employees were friendly and professional. Excellent customer service. Thank you all for a pleasant first visit! More

Actually a lot of fun! ARF and KOFY tv were a plus!!! Justin was great! No pressure! Very accommodating. He took his time and understood I was nervous to drive the Forester because my main car is a Justy! Justin was great! No pressure! Very accommodating. He took his time and understood I was nervous to drive the Forester because my main car is a Justy! My husband drives the Subaru wagon GL; so the Forester seems so much larger! Justin took us to a parking lot where I drove around and then I decided to give us a little tour of Walnut Creek! It was fun and I felt empowered! We are still learning about the differences in a 21st century car and having fun doing it! The dog, Luna is adjusting and the cat Sycat seem to tolerate going to the Vet in his carrier! Pancho the cat has yet to ride in Pearl{new car"s name}. So all in all a very FUN EXPERIENCE! More
