Wrong date to have recall of coils taken care of Thought apptmnt was on 4/16 at 7:30 am. Went in and was told apptmnt was on 4/14 at 7:30 (my fault). . Sparse precautions for Covid-19 I brought my car in yesterday for an oil change. Had an appointment. When I went to check in not many workers were wearing gloves or masks. I decid I brought my car in yesterday for an oil change. Had an appointment. When I went to check in not many workers were wearing gloves or masks. I decided to take a walk and come back in an hour to get my car. They informed me it would be 1.5 hours for an oil change...seems a bit long, but surprisingly, they were busy. I came back and had to wait an additional 40 minutes in the waiting area. There was no indication that any of the chairs had been sanitized or any means to do it yourself. There were three of us waiting so it was easy social distance. When my car was finished the cashier was not wearing a mask or gloves and they man who pulled my car out had no protective wear on either. I had no idea if my car had been wiped down or not. Luckily, I had wipes in my car and did it myself. Maybe they were all angry because they had to work!! Not great! Hopefully, it improves as the virus gets more under control. I don't think this is going to happen for sometime so I would like it if they adopted better guidelines now. More
