Kevien Dillard went beyond expected and took great care of my car and me, I am epecialy impressed since I brought my car in on the day before Christmas Eve with check engine lights on, I did not have an a of my car and me, I am epecialy impressed since I brought my car in on the day before Christmas Eve with check engine lights on, I did not have an appointment, because I drove into town to visit my Mother the night prior and got in my car to run errands the next morning to be greeted by my dashboard lighting up with the error lights . Subaru had worked on my car and it was repaired by and ready for pickup on Christmas Eve! Communication was excellent along with the service! Thank you Kevien and Walnut Creek Subaru! More
First visit under warranty. I was treated in a friendly, respectful and professional manner by Mason. I had a small alignment problem which was corrected without any problem. Diablo Subaru has been very responsive to my needs. My Service Advisor, Mason Juergens, is outstanding. Can't say the same for Subaru America. Took them 3 week to approve a transmission replacement.
