Brought my car for regular service for an oil change. While I was there they also inspected my car for any issues. They appreciate the tell me that at 20,000 miles my front and rear brakes were at 4 mm a While I was there they also inspected my car for any issues. They appreciate the tell me that at 20,000 miles my front and rear brakes were at 4 mm and need to be replaced at $950. I didn’t believe that so I took my vehicle to my regular mechanic and he said my brakes were at 75% and did not need any repairs. The total bill would’ve been $1100 for all they wanted to do. I did call the service manager and let him know. The service manager was very respectful. But again once I feel, I’ve been ripped off I will never go back to a place again. So be forewarned. More
