Painless and relaxing car shopping I decided I needed to get a different more suitable car for my lifestyle. I’d been on the fence about it for months, but figured I’d go start shopping I decided I needed to get a different more suitable car for my lifestyle. I’d been on the fence about it for months, but figured I’d go start shopping around about a week ago. I knew I wanted, a used, bigger suv car. I brought my dad with me since he knows a little more about cars then I do. I started off at a certified used cars at the begging of the road I was on, saw a few cars but wasn’t inlove with any of them, and the dealership was very pushy, and I didn’t want to jump into anything without seeing other option. The stop on the road was a Kia dealership. I didn’t know much about kias but just wanted to look. After a few minutes of me and my dad searching the lot, a gentleman named Ty came and approached us. He was amazing! Right off the bat me and my dad knew he was going to help me find the perfect car. He showed me different ones, knew everything about every car in the lot. He wasn’t pushy, and was Extremley understandable about my situation. He made car shopping painless, and a breeze. The whole entire staff at the difeo dealership was amazing, and friendly. No one pressured me, no one rushed me into anything. They made me feel like a valued customer. They helped me find my dream car and I couldn’t of asked for a better expierence. Everyone me and my dad dealt with that day was amazing and I HIGHLY suggest stopping by there if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. You will not be disappointed or pressured into anything and will get an amazing car! More

Great experience I was into a accident in my fairly new Kia, so I needed another car.
