I owned a 2014 Kia Forte and was using DiFeo Kia to service my car. Renata Picioccio asked me about trading it in a few months ago around Dec 2017. Low key no pressure. I said sometime in 2018. Well the President's Day sales came around and I decided to get a new car. Renata handled the paperwork nicely. She even helped with the car insurance being switched from the 2014 Kia to the 2018 Kia.
