I have relied on their salesman, Tom Larca, each time and have been satisfied w/ The Kia brand and Mr. Larca's ability to make it a painless experience. [I'm sure some of your out there have had 'THAT-SALES- PERSON- FROM-xxxx', experience.] Not so in this case.
