Usually I do not write reviews but this case has proven me to sit down and write one. Disclaimer: I do not work for Devy Auto Park, I am not hired to write this review, and I was not asked to provide any me to sit down and write one. I am just a satisfied customer who feels compelled to write about excellent service. As I looked through various reviews, sometimes a positive review calls for some suspicion when it sound too good… Often, I as read negative reviews about products or services – those are coming from disgruntled customers who were clearly not happy. The odds of spotting a negative review are much higher, still, not many genuinely satisfied customers are willing to take time and acknowledge it. I decided to do so and will post my experience this at various sites. Summary: I purchased a used car (2010 Toyota Camry) from Devy Auto Park, Freeport PA, and I enjoyed excellent customer service from sales and service departments, very affordable selling price, and really good estimate on my trade. Main advantage for me - no haggle policy. The price was very fair, it was not below the market, but just reasonable – based on my visual assessment of this car – mileage, condition, previous records, and options. The salesman, Scott, provided all pertinent information in advance - price, warranty disclosure, and CarFax report were ready in the folder , along with service records from their service department. Car was ready for a test drive and he let us test drive on our own. I took almost an hour to test, did visual inspection on my own, verified that all systems are okay. Three things caught my attention – rear view mirror was not properly attached (loose screw), brakes needed small adjustment, and the Tire Pressure Monitor light was on. I brought all these issues – and Scott arranged to have those fixed. I put small down payment to hold the vehicle and returned home. We (my wife and myself) came in three days later ready for another test drive. All problems were fixed, except the TPM system. Devy Auto Park works mostly with GM makes, so they diagnosed that there was a faulty sensor in one of the wheels and installed a new sensor provided by a Toyota dealer. Still the light was on despite the tire pressure set properly. Sales manager promised in writing to reimburse us the cost of this repair from my mechanic. The car was in very good shape and we went for it. The process was very simple and easy. We brought our Camry to trade in. I had all service records for oil changes and repairs. We were really impressed with their estimate. They gave us the top of KBB estimate range! Proceeded to the financial office, signed titles, forms, and wrote a check for the balance. The whole process took us less than twenty minutes. Very happy campers! The following day, I took a serious look around the new car at home and found a cracked lower lip of the front bumper. I guess that the previous owner caught a curb and cracked it. I did not see it right away as it was partially covered with a front decorative plate. Took pictures and contacted the salesman. Spoke on the phone with the Sales Manager and she graciously offered to fix it for free. All it cost me – a trip back to the service department. The crack was completely fixed and painted, I could not believe how professionally it was done. Thanks go to Mike! Went back home happy again. My Toyota dealer found that TPM system had the light on because of the wrong type of TPM sensor installed. I got a new Toyota sensor, and Devy Auto Park paid the bill. As a courtesy, I have returned that sensor back to Devy’s, I hope that they will work this issue with their supplier. Again, I was satisfied with the process and speed. Our new registration came from Devy in four days, the title showed up in a bit more than a week. We have a new (well, used) car to enjoy and a really good impression about Devy Auto Park. We really do recommend this business if you are looking for a new GM or Mazda vehicle, these are sold as new. If you look for a used car – take a look at their website www.devyautopark.com. If you can’t find what you are looking for – give them a call – I am sure that they will work with you on your preferences. I found them online (they are 107 miles away from our home), so it seems to me that their online advertising strategy works. Their pricing policy was better than those we looked in Central PA. We had done our homework on that. We really enjoyed the process with Devy Auto Park and would strongly recommend to others.
