Thanks for getting back to me. I did meet with my service manager regarding this issue. We have had very poor experiance with Route66 warranties in the past. In fact, our last experience with them we lost just over 500.00 when they never paid us. I do understand that it is frustrating to you and I am sorry that we have had to stop accepting them. I am just not in position to risk not getting paid. Again, I am sorry for your inconvenience and I totally understand.

We have not accepted Route66 warranties in the past, however, after further discussion and input from this customer we have changed our policy and will now accept them. We are sorry for any inconvience this may have caused.
