Took vehicle in 2 days ago for several issues NOT related to cooling system. Got vehicle back yesterday with issues fixed, but the cooling system was suddenly leaking. Brought it to their attention, they t to cooling system. Got vehicle back yesterday with issues fixed, but the cooling system was suddenly leaking. Brought it to their attention, they told me that they did not do anything with the cooling system and had no idea why it was leaking, even asked me if it leaked before. They replaced a hose and gave it back to me. Took it home, found that it was still leaking. Took it back today, now they claim that they did replace the radiator cap on first visit because it was not holding any pressure. Rememeber I said that I was having NO issues with the cooling system as in it held water, it did not leak, and it did not over heat, etc even with the loose radiator cap. Nor did I ask them to check the colling system. Apparently replacing the cap has now caused me to have multile leaks in my hoses. Could not fix it today asked me to take it back in two days when parts arrived. I am very unhappy with this situation. I need my van to work with and this has put me in a weird situation for work. I brought my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan in for possible transmission work. Travis found a Technical Advisory regarding transmissions and indicated all work would be done under warrenty. I went in for service for a left tie rod, alignment, and inspection. I walked out spending 3x as much as I wanted to due to other issues with the vehicle that I purchased from this same dealership less than inspection. No fault to the service department, the repairs were completed, but I was very disappointed it was not covered by warranty. Travis was very calm and apologized for the inconvenience and explained my options. Overall his professionalism was outstanding and I appreciate his explaining the services needed, cost, and why this work needed to be performed. The service department themselves were friendly from the time we walked in until the time we left. Transportation was offered and payment options were available to assist me in how to pay. I appreciate what Albany Dodge did for us and would recommend their service department overall. More

The ladie that makes the appt for sevice is not very helpful as far as letting people know where to pick/drop off vehicles.
