I'm a laid back guy and I actually hate to leave a negative review, but wasting 3 hours of my time to date, plus another hour or two when they -hopefully- decide to fix the issue is unacceptable. That, and being lied to about a repair being done. If anyone likes being lied to, skip this review. I have a brand new car with an uncentered steering wheel delivered to me in that comdition. not a big deal, just requires an alignment with wheel centered (which I told the service dept when I brought it back the second time that day, after consulting a mechanic friend on what the issue might be). Unfortunately the service department doesn't want to do simple adjustment. Even though i was told it WAS fixed on second visit (first visit they blamed it on tire pressure). It either is identical or worse, thus, most likeky no repair was actually done. Not sure what they did for the second hour they had the car? This is worrisome as I am a repeat customer and have a legitimate issue, not some random creak or rattle. all you have to do is drive the car for 1 minute down a straight stretch of road to notice it, and good luck not noticing it. If they did make adjustments and it is still that far off than there is a bigger issue with the front end. And the car shouldn't have been returned to me as fixed. My fear, and thus the review, is if I cannot trust them to make a basic repair on a week old car, can this service department be trusted with anything more serious? More
Went in for two new tires and an inspection. I had called a day earlier for an appt. and asked how long it would take. I was told 1,5 hrs. The nxt day I showed up for my appt., was out of there in 2 hours. later that day when I looked at my new tires I notices gouges and marks on both wheels. The wheel were like new when I arrived. The marks where on the outer edge of both wheels. It appears that no plastic protectors were used on the machine the wheel is clamped into to pull the tire off and put the new tire on. More

I showed up without an appointment to see if someone would check my tire pressure as my tire pressure light had come on. I know that is something that I could do myself but to tell the truth, I just di would check my tire pressure as my tire pressure light had come on. I was in the area so I thought that I would stop in to Advantage, as that is where I bought my car and I get all of my service there, to see if someone would do it for me. I went in and asked and was told no problem they would check it for me and add air if needed. A tech was right there and he said he would check it. We both agreed that it was probably the change in temperature that had caused the air to go down in my tires. He was quickly back to tell me that there was 31 PSI in three of my tires down from 33 that was probably due to the weather change but the fourth tire had 24 PSI so he thought he should check further and he found a nail in that tire. He said that it was fixable and he could do it immediately if I wanted. I said yes! It didn't take long and the tire was fixed, the proper amount of air was in all of my tires and they even washed my car! The bill was only $16.20. I was very happy!! More

Came in for my first oil change and check-up for the car. It was nice first of all that it was free, then, the service area is very easy to use. I also was very happy with the repesentative who took care of me, I asked a question and he answered without making me feel like I was being a nuscience. Very friendly and professional. I cannot recall who the person that waited on me though- my appt was at 9:00am on 9/28 if that helps. More
