Kia Destination Experience I had to have a 45,000 mile check, an inspection and low and behold a rear brake job on the Kia Spectra. We were met by Kenny who courteously greeted us and pulled the car in for service. He explained everything clearly and efficiently, as well as the associated costs. The waiting area was clean and bright, and the magazines were from this decade. There was freshly made coffee which was just what I needed at 7 AM. It was as nice an experience as any car maintenance one could be! DB More
Never will buy a car here again Went for a sefvice and one of the sales men got into an accident with my car in the parking lot. There was no compensation and the associates were not at all apologetic toward their mistakes. I will never buy a car from here ever again. Having a brand new car that has been in the shop 7 times in 8 months is beyond xxxxxxxx. More

service I took my optima in for service. I needed an oil change and my engine light was on. I was greeted right away but a friendly staff member. (forgot h I took my optima in for service. I needed an oil change and my engine light was on. I was greeted right away but a friendly staff member. (forgot his name). We went over the services I needed for the visit and he asked me if I was dropping off or staying. I was staying. It took almost 2.5 hours for completion of my services which seemed a bit long to me especially when I told them I was waiting. I would think they would try to get a customer out in a decent amount of time. It was a good thing I had no morning commitments. So keep that in mind if you are going to wait for your car. They were very busy but I was there on time and still waited all morning. My service employee did inform me of what the status of my car was after 2 hours of waiting and he and I making eye contact across the room. An update sooner then 2 hours would have been nice. Overall, it was a fine experience. It's really the only place in Albany to go for my Kia at this point so I don't have much choice. I am leasing my car so I will continue to take my car to Destination. Really no major complaints at this point. More

There was sales staff that held conversations while I was waiting for my vehicle to be complete which was a great way to pass the time and they were all very friendly. Service I was waited on right as I walked in the door. I asked how long the oil change and rotating of tires would take and was told 45 minutes. Would be happier if they would include the rotating of tires as part of the oil change like Midas and Jiffy Lube do. More
As soon as I walked in Rick was at the door welcoming me to Kia. He apologized for the construction work that was taking place inside (this didn't bother me) and offered me coffee and popcorn.
