This is my 2nd experience with Destination Kia for service. And buying another car...The personnel I encountered were extremely professional and personable from the very start...I had an appt for service on my And buying another car...The personnel I encountered were extremely professional and personable from the very start...I had an appt for service on my 09 Suzuki SX4...I was greeted instantly and checked right in...While I was waiting I went to the Sales Division to inquire about an Upgrade Flyer I was sent in the mail....Mark Lewtschenko is the first and only Sales representative that took care of me through the whole experience from start to finish aquiring another car...This is not to take away from all the other personnel I encountered throughout the whole process with financing etc were all friendly and very helpful at all times...I would highly recommend Destination Kia to anyone I encounter... He later arranged for a convenient follow up appointment for additional work and loaner. Leo (mechanic) was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions during the visual inspection of the work that he would be doing on my vehicle. I know the job he had to do wasn't easy, and I appreciate the care he took to do it right. Brakes have never felt better! Thank you for the excellent repair work and service. More
Never go there I went there because I had my engine light on, two days after it got fixed it went back on again. I went to get fixed after calling for an appointment I went there because I had my engine light on, two days after it got fixed it went back on again. I went to get fixed after calling for an appointment and ken who was very rude and told me I don't have an appointment and they are very busy and his tech called in sick and they are fully booked so I have to come back although they have a lot of appointments online. I will never go there and I will never buy kia again so I don't have to deal with. More

Excellent Service I had the pleasure of dealing with Rich Grugan (LEX) for my service visit on 6/28/14. I have a 2013 Kia optima and it is my second one. This dealers I had the pleasure of dealing with Rich Grugan (LEX) for my service visit on 6/28/14. I have a 2013 Kia optima and it is my second one. This dealership provides exceptional service. Rich explained everything to me properly and advised of upcoming service to watch out for. Additionally, he had my car washed and it looked brand new when it was picked up. Keep the good work! More

Great customer service I was met by Rick before I entered the dealership. He introduced himself in a very friendly and professional manner. While it was going to be there, I arranged for an oil change and tire rotation. When I checked in for my service appointment, I was advised that I would have to pay $49.99 for the oil change and tire rotation as the first service is free--at 5,000 miles. I would have thought that since my brand new car already had to be there for a problem, they would have done the "complimentary" service at that time. They did do the service, but not for free. I did have to pay the $49.99 special price. I thought it was odd that they wouldn't do the "complimentary" service since I already had to be there for a problem. Other than that, service was great. More
