They put in a valve and ordered the part which arrived in a few days and was quickly installed. I have been to this dealer before, they are very good - the kind of dealership you are happy to have on your side for warranty work. I think they follow procedures and the procedures are designed to maximize the customer experience. More

Unlike Any Kia Experience Thusfar I have been to another Kia dealership before, and I have left frustrated and unhappy with their service. Expecting the same outcome, I dreaded coming I have been to another Kia dealership before, and I have left frustrated and unhappy with their service. Expecting the same outcome, I dreaded coming to Destination Kia, but I couldn't have been more wrong. This dealership is clean, helpful, friendly, and even offers a free car wash. I was very pleased with the service, as it was quick, and my customer service representative, Kenny, who was very helpful and kind. More

recall I have a 2012 Suzuki Kizashi and I just got a recall in the mail. I was going on vacation that week and didn't know if the car was safe to drive.. Rick in Service is the Best I came in for a minor repair and ended up needing a transmission replacement. Rich took care of everything including getting me a rental car so I cou I came in for a minor repair and ended up needing a transmission replacement. Rich took care of everything including getting me a rental car so I could get back to work. I was in and out of the dealership in short time as promised. While certainly an inconvenience, Rich made the repairs under the drive train warranty and got me on my way. More
